For men, provider-guided

Treatment for ED that fits how you actually live. Reviewed online, decided by a licensed provider.

Medlly connects men to independent licensed U.S. providers through its clinical partner for the evaluation of erectile difficulties. When clinically appropriate, providers may prescribe compounded multi-ingredient PDE5-based formulations: rapid-onset vials and dissolvable troches built around familiar molecules. Medlly is not a provider or a pharmacy. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate for you, and a consultation does not guarantee a prescription.

Why Sexual health

Care for ED that fits how you live.

Built around familiar molecules

Our compounded formulations combine PDE5 inhibitors such as sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil, sometimes paired with apomorphine or silodosin, all dosed by a licensed provider. The individual molecules are familiar, but the compounded combination itself is not FDA-approved or evaluated.

Forms that fit the moment

Choose between fast-acting single-dose vials and discreet dissolvable troches that melt under the tongue. Your provider helps match the form to your needs.

Honest about what this is

These are compounded medications prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and we never sell or represent any brand-name product.

Async-first, then simple refills

Start with an online intake reviewed by a provider. These are as-needed products you use before activity (or a low-dose daily tadalafil option), and a supply is shipped to you on a roughly 12-week interval so you are not reordering every month.

How it works

Care in three simple steps

  1. 01

    Share your history online

Complete a confidential async intake covering your health, medications, and goals. There is no waiting room and no awkward conversation to schedule.

  2. 02

    A licensed provider reviews

An independent licensed U.S. provider, connected through Medlly's clinical partner, reviews your information and decides whether a compounded PDE5-based treatment is clinically appropriate. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription.

  3. 03

    If prescribed, it ships discreetly

A licensed compounding pharmacy prepares your formulation and ships it in plain, private packaging, with guidance on how and when to use it.

  4. 04

A supply ships about every 12 weeks

You use these products as needed before activity, or take the low-dose daily tadalafil option each day. Rather than reordering constantly, eligible patients have a supply shipped roughly every 12 weeks, with provider check-ins as needed to keep your plan right for you.

The science

It comes down to blood flow.

Talk to a provider
Looking down a healthy blood vessel
Vessel lumen
ConstrictedRelaxed

Drag to relax the vessel and watch blood flow respond.

1The signal
Arousal releases nitric oxide (NO) in the blood vessels of the penis.
2The messenger
NO raises cGMP, the molecule that tells smooth muscle to relax.
3The opening
Arteries widen, blood flows in, and an erection can occur.
4Keeping it open
One medication class slows PDE5, the enzyme that breaks cGMP down, when a provider prescribes it.

Important safety information. The compounded sexual-health formulations offered through Medlly are prescription-only and are not right for everyone. They are compounded medications prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies; compounded drugs are not FDA-approved or evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality, and Medlly does not sell or represent any brand-name product. Medlly is a technology platform, not a provider or a pharmacy; it connects patients to independent licensed U.S. providers through its clinical partner, and a licensed provider decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate for you. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Do NOT use a PDE5-based treatment if you take any nitrate medication (such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide, or amyl nitrite "poppers") or the pulmonary hypertension drug riociguat, because the combination can cause a sudden, dangerous, and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure. Tell your provider about all medications and health conditions, especially alpha-blockers and other blood-pressure drugs, heart disease, recent heart attack or stroke, uncontrolled high or very low blood pressure, irregular heartbeat or a heart-rhythm condition such as prolonged QT, liver or kidney problems, a history of priapism, sickle cell or other blood-cell disorders, bleeding disorders, stomach ulcers, retinitis pigmentosa, or prior sudden vision loss. Sexual activity can strain the heart; seek emergency care for chest pain, fainting, or severe shortness of breath. Seek immediate medical help for an erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism), which can cause permanent damage, or for sudden vision loss or sudden decrease or loss of hearing, which may come with ringing in the ears or dizziness. Formulations containing apomorphine can cause nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, low blood pressure, and fainting or vasovagal syncope; these reactions can occur, so use caution when standing up or before driving. Formulations containing silodosin can cause dizziness and lightheadedness when standing (orthostatic hypotension) and commonly cause changes in ejaculation. Limit or avoid grapefruit, and use alcohol cautiously, as it can increase dizziness and low blood pressure. These medications do not protect against sexually transmitted infections.
