MEDICALLY GUIDED WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

A calmer path to weight care. GLP-1 medicine, matched to you.

Medlly connects you with independent, licensed U.S. providers through its clinical partner. These compounded GLP-1 medications are offered for weight management as an adjunct to a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity, not as a diabetes treatment. A provider reviews your health history and labs, then decides whether a compounded GLP-1 medication is clinically appropriate. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription, and these compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Why Weight Management

GLP-1 care, guided by a licensed provider

Provider-led, start to finish

Your intake and labs are reviewed by an independent licensed provider who decides whether treatment is appropriate. Medlly is not a provider or a pharmacy; it connects you to clinicians through its clinical partner.

Mostly on your schedule

Intake is async-primary, so you can complete most steps online. Optional sync video visits are available when you or your provider want a live conversation.

Labs ordered and reviewed

Lab work is ordered as part of your evaluation. For weight care, a provider may have you begin treatment and complete labs shortly after starting when it is appropriate, and standard labs ordered through our partner labs are covered. Results are reviewed by your clinician.

Steady, structured follow-up

If a medication is prescribed, refills follow a structured cadence: check-ins at the 4 and 8-week marks, then a roughly 12-week steady-state rhythm, with adjustments at provider discretion.

Support for side effects

GLP-1 medicines commonly cause nausea, especially early on. Where clinically appropriate, your provider may offer ondansetron to help manage nausea so you can stay comfortable.

Care coaching, included

Every weight plan comes with a dedicated care coach, a certified medical assistant, at no extra cost: biweekly check-ins, a personal care plan in your dashboard, and practical help with side effects, nutrition, sleep, and daily habits. It is coaching support, not a dietitian, a prescriptive diet, or therapy.

Honest about what this is

These are compounded medications prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded drugs are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality, and we say so plainly on every product.

How it works

Care in three simple steps

  1. 01

    Complete your online intake

Share your health history, medications, and goals through a guided async intake. It takes most people a few minutes and can be done from your phone.

  2. 02

    Labs and provider review

A licensed provider reviews your intake and orders lab work. An optional video visit is available. The provider decides whether a compounded GLP-1 is clinically appropriate; a consultation does not guarantee a prescription.

  3. 03

    If prescribed, your medication ships

If your provider writes a prescription, a licensed compounding pharmacy prepares your medication and ships it to you with instructions for storage and use.

  4. 04

    Follow up and adjust

Check in at the 4 and 8-week marks, then settle into a roughly 12-week steady-state cadence. Your provider may adjust your plan, and you can ask questions along the way.

Important safety information. Important Safety Information. The medications in this line are compounded GLP-1 (and GLP-1/GIP) receptor agonists; compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. They are not the brand-name products Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound, which are separate FDA-approved medications. BOXED WARNING (risk of thyroid C-cell tumors): in rodent studies, GLP-1 receptor agonists caused thyroid C-cell tumors; it is not known whether these medicines cause such tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), in humans. Do not use if you or a family member have had MTC or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Tell your provider about symptoms such as a neck mass, trouble swallowing, hoarseness, or shortness of breath. These medicines may cause serious side effects including pancreatitis (severe, persistent abdominal pain that may radiate to the back, with or without vomiting), gallbladder problems, low blood sugar (especially with insulin or sulfonylureas), kidney problems from dehydration due to vomiting or diarrhea, severe allergic reactions, vision changes, and a possible increased risk of depression or thoughts of self-harm. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, and decreased appetite. Tirzepatide may reduce the effectiveness of oral birth control; if you use an oral contraceptive, discuss backup contraception with your provider. Do not use if pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Tell your provider about all medical conditions and medications. Seek emergency care for severe or persistent abdominal pain, signs of a serious allergic reaction, or symptoms of severe low blood sugar. A licensed provider decides whether one of these medications is clinically appropriate for you; a consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Individual results vary. This information is not a substitute for medical advice from your provider. Medlly connects you with independent, U.S.-licensed providers. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Online care is not a substitute for in-person care when it’s needed; for emergencies call 911.
